1. Who we are
Digirevolutions is a digital agency that delivers websites, NFC cards and AI-search visibility. This policy explains how we handle your data — in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP).
2. What we collect
To create an account we only require what's essential: Name, Mobile number and Email. During a project you may optionally provide extra business details or files. We collect the minimum — nothing more.
3. Purpose
Your data is used only to create your account, deliver your projects, and communicate with you about them. Each consent's purpose is clearly recorded (you can view a consent audit inside your portal).
4. Consent
At registration you give explicit consent for a specified purpose. What you consented to, and when, is logged. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Data retention
Data is kept only as long as a project and legal/accounting needs require. After handover we keep minimal records for accounting; the rest of your personal data is securely deleted on request or after the retention period. Internal staff chat messages used to operate your order are automatically deleted after 30 days.
6. Your rights (including deletion)
You can view, correct and delete your data. From Profile → 'Delete my account' you can permanently delete all of your personal data (account, projects, files, reviews, consents) yourself — instantly, no questions asked.
7. Security & breach
We maintain reasonable technical safeguards. In the event of a breach, affected users and the authority are notified in line with DPDP.
